Hello Everyone and welcome to our trail builders journal. This year we are going to post all of our trail work efforts with the first trail day starting next week Wednesday. I look forward to hearing from anyone who wants to get involved or has something about their work they want to post. Let the summer begin!
Hey Roc,
We racked up a few hours this weekend (6/5/2010). Thirteen volunteers for five hours on the Paradise Royale trails in King Range = 65 hours.

Myself, Rocky, Luke, George, David, Gravey…think that was all…2.5 hours, 15 man-hours, scouting potential new connector and developing a loop for the race in Oct.
I saw the proposed route today Tom, you guys did a nice job. It’s gonna be a fun ride if it’s all approved.
We have numbers for the King Range work? We need to keep this up….for now, I’m guessing minimum 10 people, 3 hours?
Here’s my account of the club volunteers who spent three to four hours building trail at King Range on Sept. 11, 2010:
Tim Daniels, Rocky Brashear, Tom Phillips, Pat Grace, Mike Butler, Kevin Wright, Chris Johnson, Justin Graves, Shaun Summa, Alyssum Cohen, Andi Toogood, Ahsley Hansen, Erika Mittermaier, Elena Dolitsky, Andrew Spickerman, Nathan Abel, Kevin Cage, Kevin Pabinquit, Jake Hinlicky, Ben Barry, Joe Mulleary, Dylan Wright, Michael Malocha, John Breazeal, yours truly and about three other guys whose names escape me. That’s at a minimum, 75 hours.
I got about 6 hours in the Arcata community forest that was actual trail maintenance stuff last week.
